Top Job Recruitment are a Colchester based independent recruitment agency, established for over 40 years. Using a combination of paper, spreadsheets and various 3rd party applications to manage data and run the business, the brief for this project was to build a single, online application to manage everything, from sales and marketing through to invoicing. Now live, the application has the following features and benefits:
- Online and responsive so can be accessed from anywhere and on any device.
- Bespoke ‘Simple’ version optimised for smartphone use on the go.
- Tight integration with the public website e.g. registration processes.
- 100% bespoke so can easily be changed and added to.
- Multiple automated integrations with 3rd party software e.g. with Office365 for sending email and the office scanner for simple importing of scans.

Top Job Recruitment were happy with the look and feel of their WordPress website but wanted more control over the design, more precise responsivity, an easier CMS for managing content and most importantly, much faster page loading.
