Frinton Summer Theatre Online Ticketing Application

Freelancing for Red Nova Solutions, I specified, built and managed the launch of a new, bespoke online ticketing application plus associated staff CRM for Frinton Summer Theatre, the longest running professional summer repertory theatre in the UK (EST 1934). It managed ticket sales for the theatre’s productions and events and included the following features and functions:

• Visual representation of venue seating plans.
• Online payment gateway integration, for instant online payments.
• Multiple, interactive bespoke e-commerce features such as gift cards, donations and discounts.
• Staff CRM for product, performance, customer and order administration and reporting.
