Chief Industries CRM and Website

Online CRM System

Chief Industries UK Ltd, based in Essex, are manufacturers and global suppliers of grain storage and handling equipment. Their bespoke, online CRM system was at the heart of the sales and customer relationship management part of their business and, as part of the original development team, I maintained and further developed it in partnership with One Hundred Proof Ltd.

Features of the CRM included:

• ‘Single click’ formatted and branded PDF document creation
• Comprehensive data organisation and storage
• Highly customised, real time reporting
• Runs securely online so is accessible from anywhere and easily updated / maintained

WordPress Website

Chief Industries UK (Grain Storage and Handling International Project Engineers) wanted to migrate their existing website to a platform which would enable them to maintain and administrate content themselves. For this, in combination with all the additional advantages it offers, WordPress was the obvious choice.

The new site was modern and up to date, worked well on different screen sizes and, as they could now add and edit content themselves, saved them money.
